Justin Corne was my plumber. I am a first time customer. Justin was very thorough when estimating the work lást week. Today he arrived at the scheduled time, started right in and worked diligently to do the work he wanted to accomplish today. He will be back tomorrow to complete the work. He was neat in his work, cleaned up the debris and removed the trash. He is personable, patient and takes his work seriously. Any homeowner would be thankful to have him work for them. He assessed the issue with my hot water tank; and then explained the work that needed to be done. They had to go to the store and purchase a Part because the one that was on the truck did not fit my hot water tank.

We had a leak from a pipe connecting to an outside faucet. We were also interested in exploring a new sump pump system. The technician, EZ, explained the repair needed for the leaking pipe, as well as options for a new sump pump system. EZ was friendly and professional. He was prompt in completing the repair and installing the new sump pump, and explained everything to us. We will definitely call Apex Pros again (and request EZ.)
