Based on the reviews, Lancaster Plumbing & Drain has awesome plumbers who are very knowledgeable and thorough. Chad was great and even completed a project that had been bugging a customer for years. Chris was awesome with a thorough walk through and professional recommendations. One customer said their tech was the nicest and did an excellent job. Chad is awesome and very thorough and explained everything very well. Another customer said you guys were awesome for responding when Roto Rooter did not. Both the service and price were great, and the job was done in a timely fashion.
Chris was awesome—thorough walk through accompanied by guiding dialogue around the situation, the options, and professional recommendations! Demonstrated care, compassion, and commitment while diagnosing scale of work.
Our tech was the nicest, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, maybe a little overpriced but labor is not cheap and we were back up and running. Grateful to even get a tech when everyone was having flooding and sump pump issues.
You guys were awesome. Thank You for responding when Roto Rooter did not. I had a 2 hour window with Roto Rooter no one called or showed. I talked to you guys and a half hour later James showed up and took care of our problem. Both the service and price were great. Thanks again for getting the job done in a timely fashion and not leaving us hanging like Roto Rooter did.
