One customer’s home was at 85 degrees, and a tech was sent within 30 minutes of booking, with no extra charge for the quick response. Another had a new AC installed while out of town, and everything worked perfectly upon return. Installers explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards. In one case, another company quoted $400 for a camera inspection and a full ductwork replacement, but Creative Air inspected the system and determined the ductwork was repairable, saving the customer $3,500 due to their honesty. Even after hours, the owner answered and was super helpful, with a service tech scheduled for the next day. Booked an appointment for 7 am next day as my home was at 85 degrees and the heat outside was scorching. Not 15 minutes after booking we received a phone call and a tech was sent within 30 minutes with no extra charge! The tech was kind, knowledgeable, and knew what was wrong away. He replaced the part and within a few hours I could breathe in my home again! Amazing service and such kind people.

Absolutely fantastic company to do business with from start to finish! Chris came out to give us an estimate and had our new system installed the very next day. The install went great and the installers explained everything very thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards. You absolutely can’t find this type of service anywhere nowadays. Thanks again Creative Air!
