My brother, sister and I decided to place my father at Kirtland. The care he received was excellent. The staff was very attentive and caring. They were compassionate and made sure he was comfortable. The management team were awesome from admission through discharge. He had limited mobility and if he couldn't go to Activities, they made sure he had things to do that he liked. The food was excellent and he was able to choose what he ate. We are very pleased and grateful for the wonderful care he received.
Kirtland Woods is under new management and their focus on quality care for the residents is apparent. With caring and compassionate staff from the floor staff to management. From caring for short term rehab stay, long term care or memory care. Things have changed and have changed for the better.
