The people at Cleveland clinic, pain management in Kent Ohio are some of the most kind people that I've ever met in my entire life. Their customer service was beyond impeccable and they told me the truth...including the "why". If you've had a bad experience with pain management clinic, this place is the alternative to that. I would leave more than 5 stars of I could.
This is the most professional office that has the most outstanding staff! An id like to mention a few names that make me smile each an every time I come. Let me start at the front desk, Jessica h and Bonnie L, they are always waiting with a smile an a compliment. Then Stephanie c. She is just the best as well always positive an happy. The Spine and Pain Institute has helped me so much with my neck and shoulder pain! I was in severe pain before receiving treatment from Dr. Mehta, Dr. Leone, and their staff. By working with them and following their exercises and stretches I am almost pain free. I highly recommend The Spine and Pain Institute!!
