I called yesterday to ask Dr. Mehta what to do because I took a bad fall and am in excrutiating pain. of course I got voicemail and it stated that someone would call me back. It's been over 24 hours and no call back. I have a history with this place and they have rotten customer service. Maybe this is why people prefer to deal with the pain on their own!
Had appointment at 745. Arrived at 7:30. No one was there. Waited about five minutes and lady walked in and into office. We gave name and she said your going to be mad. Doctor can't see you today she's sick since Monday. Well being todays Thursday you should have called me. Not a good first impression
i have had a real problem with trying to call 800 941 6672. no one ever picks up phone, all you get is we will call you back in 24 hrs. ya what day. waited today for a follow up call never came. suppose to schedule for next appointment. never happened. pain institute yep try calling that number an talk with someone.
