I am a patient of UH, but today I was at Devon Place to pick up my Thanksgiving box from the Pantry. We were waiting for my bus to come back to pick us up to go home. The attendant was rude to me about my food cart being in the way of patients entering and leaving the diabetic clinic. He waited to be rude to me while my daughter was gone. The cart was not in the way. To have an attendant be so rude is not away to act. Also he greeted people as they entered and when they left the building. BUT, he did not tell us a thing as we left. He was extremely rude!!!! 11/20/2025

Man I thought doctors were supposed to help people. I’ve had nothing but problems. From judgement, insensitivity about health issues to being constantly late and not filling my prescription. Then they wanna charge me $200 every visit when they don’t even DO ANYTHING.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!

I am 22 years old and I went to this hospital (OBGYN) for my pregnancy. A week ago I miscarried my baby and it tore me apart emotionally. I was hoping I would receive the treatment I deserved here but the opposite happened.
When I found out I miscarried, the doctor immediately started recommending Birth Control instead of giving me time to grieve the loss of MY baby. This angered me and frustrated me very much because of how INSENSITIVE the doctor handled it.
I also read the Doctors notes from the appointment and she stated I had “no emotional issues” and that I was “okay”.
