“I had a small luggage lock that I lost the key for, and since it wasn’t a combination lock, I couldn’t open it at all. It was a pretty cheap lock, but still couldn’t open the lock. I brought it to this locksmith, and he kindly said he’d give it a try.

At first, he wasn’t able to pick the lock, but instead of giving up, he went to grab additional tools to help me out. Eventually, he was able to cut the lock open for me. He also refused to charge me anything for his time and work!

I even offered to buy him a coffee as a thank-you, but he politely declined. He was genuinely kind and helpful.
