The gentleman came out today and cut me a key for my car because I thought that was the issue when it wasn’t. When we found out that wasn’t the issue, he went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on. That included him staying an additional 20+ minutes to figure it out. He figured out that it was my relay. This is truly a great company and I am really satisfied with them!
Now I understand why they have five stars. I needed new keys for my car and they were at my house in about ten minutes and finished within less than an hour of my initial phone call! It was so quick easy and painless! I can't believe it! And very affordable too! It was significantly less than all the other offers I looked at. You def gained a customer for life!
Great experience. Called early evening and they had a slot about an hour out, some say luck I say fate. Jon was very personable answered all my questions, pre warned me of what could happen before we started. Programmer my new keys in about 30-45 minutes and was on his way 10/10 would recommend Jon to do work in the future.
