They will overbook and leave you waiting in the lobby for an hour, then put you in a room and make you wait another 45 minutes. Our time is just as valuable as theirs, but they don’t care. They will also order lab work but never give you the results.

I have been going to North Coast Dermatology for over 15 years and am only now just realizing they have been scamming me (and probably all of their patients)! My insurance covers one preventative visit a year, however, the minute the doctor determines something needs to be removed/ prescribed it goes from preventative to diagnostic and is no longer covered at 100%. So for the last 10+ years, when I wasn’t getting any moles removed and purely just going as a preventative visit (due to a pre-cancerous removal in 2009), they’ve been charging me via diagnostic codes even though there was no diagnosis done!!! I highly recommend this place. I went there today for the first time and everyone was nice and courteous. Dr took the time to answer whatever questions I had. If you're looking for a dermatologist, definitely give this place a shot!
