They arrived under 2 hours after my call, offered a free diagnostic, and quickly identified the issue. I was so impressed when they immediately express-ordered the part needed for the repair and temporarily had the furnace working in the meantime. Since we were going to be without heat overnight, they kindly lent us space heaters for several rooms, which made a huge difference in keeping us comfortable while we waited.
