We had a clog in our air conditioner line, which caused water to pool on the floor. I called first thing and got an appointment the same day.
Service tech Tyler did a terrific job. He kept me informed throughout his service job. He was courteous and pleasant. Could not be happier with Chilltex.
We needed emergency A/C service on the 4th of July. Brad R. was absolutely amazing!! Not only did he have to leave his family at a 4th of July celebration he arrived in about 1 hour from the time we made the call. We were very impressed! Highly knowledgeable and professional! Thank you Brad for getting us up and running on one of the hottest days of the summer!
Cameron is a very well spoken/hard worker and is a fine asset to your company. He will be requested in the future should any problems arise with any equipment in the future.
