“With the exception of one r n who saw me at home( but failed to treat my primary injury because she said she had no order for it) I have not been seen. They have called and then cancelled twice still claiming no order. Finally called today and said they would give me instructions over the phone on how to care for my wound, despite NEVER seeing the wound. They now claim to have found the order! I question if the people scheduled to see me were even registered nurses, but that is speculation on my part. I have received home nursing before at an exceptional level from other providers. “My experience with Prime Healthcare has been a very positive one. I really needed helpafter an injury to my hip and followed by a Spinal Surgery. Not being able to go to a facility for the usual PT because of my physical condition and not having very good luck with regular PT, I was stuck at home with no help. When my doctor suggested Prime Healthcare and the fact they came directly to my home sounded good to me. It’s such a different approach to pain that I gave it try . It’s been a life saver for me and their approach to my pain has really helped. I would recommend them to anyone suffering with pain or chronic pain.“
