It was a trilevel house that had been used as a business and needed new carpet throughout on three levels and including stairs with angles. Given the different rooms and building design it was a challenge for the installation crew. They had to do not only carpet, but also linoleum for three entrances. The staff at the store were wonderful in suggesting options and the installation crew was efficient. Friendly, flexible, and courteous. A job well done!“

Mike dropped everything and came to the house to measure and set up tear out. They came on Sunday December 31st! Yes, a Sunday to tear out the carpet, so we could have the house painted starting on Tuesday. We ordered the carpet on that Tuesday and it was ready to be placed the next week.
