After reading an ad in The Blade I decided to make a request to replace the carpet in our three bedrooms and stairs. We had an excellent experience and if I would have known how easy the entire process would be, I would have done this months ago. Everything from the estimator, to the scheduling to the installers (Dan and Nate), went exactly as I expected.

I would highly recommend Carpets by Otto for anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional customer service. Ben Hewlett, who was our sales person, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect carpet for our home. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and the installation was completed with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would confidently recommend Ben and Carpets by Otto to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and a great overall experience.
