With the exception of one r n who saw me at home( but failed to treat my primary injury because she said she had no order for it) I have not been seen. They have called and then cancelled twice still claiming no order. Finally called today and said they would give me instructions over the phone on how to care for my wound, despite NEVER seeing the wound. They now claim to have found the order! I question if the people scheduled to see me were even registered nurses, but that is speculation on my part. I have received home nursing before at an exceptional level from other providers. Madison, Josh and Brittany cared for my mom as she battled Alzheimer's. They were our consistent care givers for years and became like family. Very caring, compassionate and professional!
