Dr. Waterfield is hands down the best PCP I’ve had! She is so caring and puts so much time into her clients. I know I can reach out to her for anything I need and she will always be there to help. I’m not sure where my healthcare would be if I didn’t have her and her nurses to help me! So appreciative of everyone on her staff.
I've been seeing Dr. Heinlen for my primary care health needs for over 20 years. Even though I moved to Old Worthington 9 years ago, I still drive out to Hilliard for my primary medical needs. I am amazed that in all that time I have *never* had to wait for my appointment. I've had to see other physicians at Northwest Family Physicians when my PCP is not available, and I've always had a caring, quality experience. The front desk administrative staff are professional and efficient. And, yes, I'll be back!
