Patients appreciate the knowledgeable and logical approach of providers like Doug, Dr. Schroer, and Dr. B, who are described as kind, caring, and good listeners. The staff is known for their caring bedside manner, and patients feel they are treated with respect rather than as numbers. While the clinic has changed ownership to Optum, the quality of care remains high. Some wish the hours were better, but overall, patients have had great experiences here.
It was a difficult transition when our long time family doctor retired. With a family member in late stage dementia, Dr. Schroer has been patient with us and understanding. He has given us options and is sympathetic in our difficulties. When we left the office today, our loved one said “I like that doctor.” Thanks Dr. Schroer!
My whole family sees Doug, FNP. The office is always clean. Never have to wait more than a few minutes. Office staff are always professional and willing to help. Tiffany, medical assistant, is personable and easy to communicate with. Doug is very professional and always listen to his patients. He goes above and beyond and has great bedside manners.
