Just called in to make an appointment for a yearly check up. Lady was very rude and sent me to voicemail while I was talking rather than answering my questions. I will never go back!

I was referred to American Health Network by my wife who had recently been seeing LPN Jessica Ellsesser. I’m self pay and needed to have prescriptions filled. After my first visit I was told to come back in 30 days to check in. I paid $150 to have a 6min telehealth call (where I was asked if I took my own vitals) where she told me basically that I have to go elsewhere and she wouldn’t be changing anything. I paid at the time of my service immediately, however I still received a bill for the full amount in the mail. When I inquired why I was double billed I got an “oops.” Fast forward 6 months to today. Here is my most recent visit and you can take this for what it is worth. They called to cancel my appointment the day of. They asked if I wanted rescheduled with a nurse practitioner and I said sure. During the appointment I told her I needed my permission refilled and she told me that needed to be done during a well check which is what I thought we were doing and she said she only had 15 minutes for me. She then said she would rush it and do the well check as maybe things didn’t get communicated with the rescheduling. Ok no problem. Long story short the visit was coded with my insurance as a regular visit (not my yearly well check) so I had to pay for the lab work....read full review
