We were faced with a situation where we had a known leak in a line going approximately 50 yards. We thought we might have to replace the entire line but, American Leak Detection was able to find the leak and repair the line, saving us thousands of dollars. They had difficulty in getting to the line but continued on the task and I appreciate the effort that they put in to perform the task.
Their service finding a leak in my upstairs shower was amazing. I was however a bit surprised when two years later I received an invoice for $40 saying I owed this amount. I paid what I was asked at the time of service and coming back two years later is a bit of a stretch.
I thought I might possibly have a leak in my pool. When I described what was going on, tech thought it sounded like it could just be evaporation from wind and heat. He suggested a quicker and cheaper test. He was right. Test showed I was only loosing .004 inches/day. I was thrilled. My piece of mind cost me much less than expected!
