Brad stayed with us while we went back-and-forth with the insurance company to get the roof replaced. A new claims rep for the insurance company fell weeks behind in deciding claims but Brad never stopped communicating with them. Our house has a roof that took two days to re-shingle. The J&J roofers came early in the morning and worked into the evening, even when it started to rain and they had to put a temporary cover on it until the rain stopped.
