One of the worst shippers ever! I've been sitting waiting to get even get in a door since 11am. When asked when about the wait time I was told they were waiting on more product to come because they didn't have enough to complete my order. Then moments later they put trucks in doors that i was here way before and still give me the excuse of idk what's going on. I Then asked again they Then tell me im next to get in a door and from the looks of it thats going to be another 2.5hrs of waiting.
Don't believe the two-star rating this place is much much worse. When booking loads if you see sugar Creek in Hamilton Ohio run I don't care how much per mile you think you're going to make you're going to end up losing it sitting in the yard for 10 to 12 hours, I normally don't leave reviews good or bad for any place that I go to I usually just mind my own business and move on but this place here is so unorganized so slow that I felt compelled to leave a comment, so drivers especially on the operators if you want to waste a day this is place to come other than that run run do something else but don't come here.
