The owner was super friendly and the gym had everything you could ever want! Great training environment and a bodybuilder and powerlifter’s dream! If you ever in the Hamilton, OH area—this is the gym you should stop at!
This place should be protected as a historical bodybuilding and powerlifting location. A lot of great equipment and artwork. Everything is in great working condition. Very fair rate for a day pass. The ONLY thing missing is pre workout/protein drinks to buy on site. Make sure to bring your own.
Very cool positive instructors! They really know their stuff! It was indeed a pleasure being there during a competition. ?This place is located next door to another business sorry for confusion ☺️☺️!!
