“I had a 60 year old Kirman rug cleaned and it looks fantastic. It was never used and stored for that long so just needed to be refreshed. They were very knowledgeable about the company that my parents bought it at that has been out of business since earlier 90s. My parents have used them since the 70s and I will be using them as well. The only thing you need to do is tell them you want a pad under it when you have it cleaned. I forgot until it was ready and waited another 4 days to get. But that was my fault not theirs. Definitely want a pad under the rug.Thanks again.“
