The directors at Schoedinger Norris were great. From the first meeting through the burial service, they were professional, polite, and caring. Our newborn son passed away last month and of course it was the most emotionally painful thing either of us have experienced. Among all of the chaos and high emotions, I was so relieved to find some peace while planning his funeral. I never imagined that I could view anything positively during such a desperate and depressing time in my life, but Claire was so kind and comforting. I cannot even fully put into words how she made us feel so respected and cared for during this stressful situation. She is just so helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the families who are grieving losses.
