We unexpectantly lost our brother a couple weeks ago. We worked with Jim Butler on arrangements for him. Jim was wonderful to with. He was kind, sympathetic and caring. No matter how many texts I sent over the almost 2 weeks before my brothers funeral he always responded quickly and answered all my questions.
