Recently attended a funeral at this Newcomer location. I just want to highlight how wonderful the staff was. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and supportive. I want to specifically mention Cecilia. She was the one who greeted and the one who said goodbye. I saw her performing any task that needed to be done with a smile on her face. She definitely made the whole day easier.

My Dad had a showing and funeral at Newcomer Southwest Chapel on February 12, 2024. The preparation of my Dad's service, funeral and arrangements were handled with care and very professional. The staff was excellent and caring. I very highly recommend them for your loved ones arrangements. I never give the highest stars or numbers but I honestly don't know how they could have improved on their service to me and my family and friends. Thanks again to all staff, they made one of the hardest times in my life a little more comforting.

This was our family’s first experience, and Taylor made the process so comforting and as easy as one could ask for during a time of grief. Taylor and his team were patient, kind and understanding. They were flexible with changes to the service, even if it was last minute. Their knowledge and willingness to set expectations helped us with decision-making, and allowed us to focus on each other because we did not have to stress over the funeral arrangements. Even post-ceremony, Taylor and his team continued to take care of us. Our family cannot thank you enough!
