I give Accurate Chimney a 5 star rating due to their excellent customer service, timeliness and affordability. Accurate came out to diagnose my chimney issue and was able to resolve and install a new chimney liner the same day within hours. The owner gave a detailed description of what was needed. I also feel the service and installation was very reasonable compared to some of the bigger and well known competitors. Also offered be a senior discount on top of it. I highly recommend Accurate for you chimney/fireplace needs!
My ridiculously huge chimney is now clean, repaired and safe. I’m excited to be able to have a fire again. The crew that came for the chimney and flue repairs was efficient, knowledgeable, informative, and importantly; friendly. Jen, on the phone was also all of the above. Do not hesitate to call them!
