From start to finish we had a very professional experience with Kicking Ash. Everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to work with, Chase with estimate visit and proposal, Daniel with all communications, and installation by Logan. Would have no reservations in recommending them

Our FP hadn’t been serviced in 20 years and stopped working. Their technician, Steven, did a great job of explaining how the unit works and how to light the pilot in the future. He cleaned it thoroughly and installed new embers to give the flame a nice orange color. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this FP service.

Ordered fireplace repair through Broadway Fireplace and they sent Kicking Ash's Dalton and Steve. Both guys were professional and friendly. They didn't think that they were going to be able to get our old fireplace working again due to the condition and age, but they persevered and finally fixed it! This was on January 6 and it is still working better than new for us today!
