Michelle Arnold is a new stylist at Cost Cutters, and has been my stylist for a long time. She has years of experience and truly is amazing at creating masterpieces with your hair, a real artist where it comes to coloring hair. This is a great place to go if you’re seeing the hair stylist Kataleena! She has been doing hair for over a decade and knows exactly what she is doing when you ask for a certain cut, color, style.
