I stopped in to get my hair washed. It’s very long (past my bottom) and very thick, and I didn’t have time in my schedule to give it the attention it needed. Sara was attentive and thorough, carefully washing both hair and scalp without hurting me or overdoing the scalp massage. She chatted freely while still being professional, and brushed my hair free of tangles with no pulling—something I greatly appreciated as I’m very tender headed. All in all, I’ll go back any time I feel overwhelmed by my own hair.

Sara did fantastic with my little boy. He wouldn't let me cut his hair. So I took him to Smart Style and he sat very still and she was so patient with him. And she did such a great job.

Sara did a wonderful job! It had been a few years since my last haircut, and she kept checking in with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Phenomenal! I will be returning to her for my next service.
