I love this studio! Everyone is warm and welcoming, and the teachers are wonderful! They offer a variety of classes throughout the day including live online classes. I feel like this is a perfect studio for any yogi, beginner and advanced.
GoYoga has had a postive impact on my mind and body. I continue to go 3-4 times per week since starting 4 years ago. The community is great and with the large number of locations and classes available you can always fit a class in.
I have just returned to yoga after an 8 year break. Last week I attended a flow session with Chreyl Huntzinger at the Grandview location and she was amazing! It can be intimidating to jump back into something you haven't done in a while with people that you don't know. Cheryl was extremely welcoming and brought a lot of kindness and happiness to the yoga session. The session itself was a great workout and I felt energized afterwards. I would highly recommend any session she leads.
