2024: Ryan's crew came out to install a new system for us. While prepping for the install, they noticed that the exhaust pipe from our gas water heater was disconnected in two places because the PVC pipe had been siliconed rather glued. The company that did the water heater installation had done shoddy work. RT literally saved not only our lives, but the lives of our family, by noticing it and making repairs. If you live in his service area, call him if you need service or a new system.2022: I can always count on Ryan to show up when he says he will, and get the job done quickly and fairly.
