“After the horrendous storms and power outage, I knew something wasn’t right when our house climbed to 82 degrees and the A/C wasn’t cooling properly.
I really wanted to use a local company, so I called RT’s. At first, they told me they wouldn’t be able to get anyone out until tomorrow. I asked if there was any chance someone could come today since I was home, and Ryan, the owner, ended up taking the service call himself.
The communication was excellent. I received a text letting me know he was on his way, he arrived within the timeframe I was given, and within about 55 minutes, he had our A/C back up and running!
I really appreciate Ryan going out of his way to fit us in, especially after such a bad storm. It’s always nice to be able to support a local business and have such a great experience. I would definitely recommend RT’s and will be calling them again if we ever need HVAC service!”
