The nursing staff was among the most excellent out there. The CNP's, specifically Vickie Revak, was and is an exceptional clinician. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and has a great bedside manner. Fortunately, she was the one that dictated a treatment regime. Dr. Raz , the doctor who was assigned to my case was clueless and hadn't even reviewed my chart prior to seeing me. Cardiologist seen me once and couldn't wait to get out of my room, resisting any questions I had. Nursing staff, Clinicians, food service, housekeeping etc. get an A+++ . Medical doctor staff F-.

Two stars because the food is allegedly good. I have a long history taking clients to this location with nightmare experiences. Now I’ve had a loved one… I cannot speak on what I’ve been told by the elderly family member because it’s filtered and an opinion, I spoke to the team personally. They seemed very defensive to my - *basic* questions. What’s crazy is after going on a week- no solid answers on a single question. They also withheld information unless I asked. UH Geneva takes such good care of me every time I have to go there, whether it's an issue that needs to be addressed in-patient or something that can be done out-paitient, they are the #1 hospitalet in my opinion. I've had a very complicated medical history since the day I was born. (Congenital hydrocephalus with aqueduct, my mom drank when she was pregnant with me. I've had over 50 brain surgeries, a stroke when I was 16, had an infection in my brain 23 years ago when I was in college.)
