When you run out, or buy out all other Medical Corporations (that's what they are) you create a monopoly, when you are the only one, that's called cornering the market, great for the Board Members, not so much for patient care. Seems to be a conveyer belt for billing. This is why, Per Google... University Hospitals (UH) in Ohio faces recent lawsuits alleging medical malpractice, wrongful death, and wrongful termination, with filings in 2025 citing issues like patient safety, improper monitoring, and staffing shortages. Key cases include allegations of failure to monitor vital signs, improper treatment, and retaliation against physicians reporting these dangers.

I think most doctors fail to understand that when you mistreat a patient it is a poor reflection on you AND your business. Your patients are walking marketing & advertisement boards. My husband and I were dismissed from this practice without a conversation AND/OR an opportunity to defend ourselves. Therefore, I wouldn’t refer anyone here. Kelly Gardner appeared to be a good doctor, but she turned out to be like many DOCTORS I have encountered in the UH system…..a poor communicator, say one thing but really mean something else kind of a person, and will hide behind others to avoid confrontation.

Geneva UH Doctor Mikhail has one of the worst practices in north east Ohio and he gladly will discharge patients for seeking a second medical opinion. Is this the new norm? This dudes ego is more important than peoples health.
