My only complaint is they put our name and address on the card when I asked them to simply put happy birthday?“

My sister's grave is located in Southington, Ohio, while I reside in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. My father always ensured that flowers were delivered to my sister's grave every year, but he passed away in 2021. I reached out to several floral shops to see if they could help with deliveries, but unfortunately, I was met with refusals. When I contacted Love and Grace Floral and shared my situation, Kim immediately offered her support. Since then, she has been creating and delivering beautiful arrangements to my sister's graveside every year on her birthday.“
