I called Bay Window from South Carolina in order to get a floral arrangement delivered to a local funeral. I wanted something special to match the idea I had in my head. I figured this would end up being a tedious experience but, from start to finish, Cindy was amazing! I wanted an arrangement with a cross in it, so it could be a keepsake for the family. Cindy went around the store, while we were on the phone, and literally took photos of each one she had that she thought I might like. I have to say that my experience with Bay Window was just awesome and, as you can see, my arrangement turned out beautifully! I'm so impressed! Thank you, Cindy!
