I saw the esthetician, Olivia, for an eyebrow wax. I'm a transgender woman and haven't had facial feminization surgery yet, so I was looking for something to help feminize my face. Olivia asked me questions to figure out what I was looking for and developed a plan. She took my vague list of needs and expertly turned them into fantastic results! I couldn't have been more pleased with how things turned out:) She also gave me helpful aftercare instructions and brow makeup suggestions.

Mackenzie is amazing! I made an appointment same-day for my first haircut in almost a year, and she could NOT have done a better job. Exactly what I needed and what I asked for!! She’s very talented and so kind and personable. Didn’t plan on talking the whole time after a long day at work, but she was so sweet that it was hard not to!
