I’m new to having people coming out to work on a unit . But I guess I expected more for $550. The guy who came out was friendly but I don’t understand how you check for an electrical issue with a multi meter. So I followed his recommendation that he felt it was an inverter or GFCI issue and prefer a new inverter. Well ended up he was wrong. But I didn’t waste anymore money. I just don’t like having thrown away $550 and getting absolutely nothing in return.

Recently purchased a Class A RV. We needed to get someone to do a quick oil change and generator maintenance done. Also, wanted to have someone look at the RV engine to make sure everything was running ok. Spoke with Sam and she helped schedule appt with Sheldon. The appt time was suppose to be around 3:30, however Sheldon had another job that required him to stay longer. He arrived later that evening and was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. We had a small issue with the oil change, but Sam came back the next morning to finish the job. We recently discovered during a camping trip that our auto-leveling jack system wasn’t working, and we were pretty stressed about it. We called LRD late Friday afternoon, and they responded quickly, getting someone out to our site within about 1.5 hours. Brandon arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable—he diagnosed our issue in under an hour. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to find the necessary parts, have them delivered, and get everything installed by Sunday. Now, we’re back to perfect as if nothing ever happened!
