I left Firestone next door who had my car all day 8am - 5 pm (had an 8 am appointment) and didn't complete the scheduled oil change & tire rotation. I was very angry but when I got to Valvoline they pulled me right in, Bennie was so kind, called me right down, told me how to find coupons, & my service was completed within 15 min. Bennie & the tech working on my car (I didn't get her name) saved the day. Thank you!
