“I first came in to Rockwood Cleaners in New Albany on September 10. I brought in a 2-piece mens suit that needed cleaning and pressing, as well as repair of a fallen hem to the left leg. David greeted me at the Counter and made me feel very welcome. I met a couple of the alteration specialists there. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly.
