Very efficient. I pulled up to the drive-thru window where I was immediately greeted. I received a text message the next day telling me that my item was ready to be picked up. When I came to the drive-thru again to pick up my item, I was asked to roll down my rear window, where the employee reached out and hung my item on the hook in my back seat. Great service and a very efficient system.

Wow!!!!I brought in a coffee stained ivory dress coat to be cleaned for the next morning and they were amazing!!! The owner hand washed out the spots and dry cleaned it. She took great care and looks perfect... like brand new!!! Highly recommended!Also, I want to thank the customer service person... she said yes, let's give it a try! Great attitude ?10/22/2023Once again Gahanna Martinizing came through With a special project! They beautifully pressed and ironed two flower girl dresses full of seven layers! I was greeted in a friendly, professional, caring way and my item to be cleaned was ready for pickup ahead of schedule and the associate even carried it to the car for me. Lastly, the discount was most appreciated. I recommend this location to everyone when I have the opportunity. Thank you
