I cannot express how lucky I feel that I found Kaitlin during my first pregnancy. I saw her twice while pregnant—first around 25 weeks and again around 36 weeks. She provided me with intentional exercises that helped me maintain my ability to move around at work, which is huge for me as I work with Kindergarten and 1st grade students, and kept me sleeping comfortably at night.
As a first time mom, Kaitlin was a great resource for all of my labor and delivery questions. I wholeheartedly credit my positive labor experience to my time with her and the physical and mental preparation I had.
Kaitlin is amazing! In 1 hour she is able to help your body more than an MD, a masseuse, and a chiropractor in one. She listens to your complaints, comes up with a plan to get your body working at its best. Not just pelvic floor but your whole body working as it should. My only complaint is I wish I found her sooner!

Kaitlin is my hero—I couldn’t recommend her more! She’s kind, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the way our muscles are interconnected. I came to her because of chronic back pain, which she discovered was actually a hip flexor issue. She also helped me realize I had diastasis recti.
I felt so helpless and unable to build any kind of strength because of how bad my pain was. I was really discouraged thinking I was stuck in my painful, weak postpartum body.
