“My fur baby loves everyone here. Everyone is very welcoming and nice and has such a great vibe. My baby just turned one on our last recent visit, she took him in the back and I just heard them cheering for him and saying it’s his birthday month and I'm sure showing him lots of love. Love it. Making the decision to put my sweet girl to sleep was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. To make that choice isn’t something I would wish on anyone.Putting her to rest was, at the end of the day, the best and most humane thing I could’ve done for my girl. Before my dog Lotus got sick, she was chunky, full of life and the sweetest little dog you would ever meet. She would sit by my side all day if she could, and she loved being outside enjoying the sun.

Towards the end, she developed what I can only describe as a complete immune system shut down. Her body stopped responding to medicine, she could no longer put on weight, her skin broke out and she had fluid in her brain. That’s just a few of the many things she had to go through. From the moment she drew her first breath she was fighting, as some of what she went through was congenital. I thought that if I kept trying to “fix” her , that she would get better. At some point her treatment because experimental, and there was no coming back for her. My sweet girl was suffering.

The moment I had to go into the office, I was greeted with open arms. I was alone, my husband had to work so going through this was enough already, but I’m also pregnant. I was having the worst week of my life. Regardless, The women who worked there made sure I had my time with her and made sure Lotus and I were cared for through every step. They didn’t rush me through the process, they had my best interest in mind and one nurse/receptionist even hugged me and made sure I didn’t feel alone,(and so did the veterinarian?)She was so extremely warm and helped me so much through the process. I believe her name was Lexi, I hope I got that right. She was the sweetest and I’ll never forget how comforted I felt by her and the rest of the ladies on staff that day. The Vet that performed the procedure was also so sweet as-well during this incredibly difficult time.

Again from the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone at Parsons Animal Clinic for how my took care of my sweet girl. Without a doubt I could not recommend them enough. I hope everyone there has a blessed holiday season. God bless you all ???“

“This vet is amazing! They saved my cat a few years ago from a terrible accident and now have helped my cat, Ronald, with his anxiety and health issues. These are the kindest most helpful people in the field. Thank you is not enough!“

“My large dog Chief is a rescue and former breeding dog with anxiety. He is nervous about everything and also now a senior at 12. I first found Dotties in 2022 when we felt his anxiety was managed enough to try his first groom while in our care. I was also nervous as he is scared of new people - not aggressive, but can shut down a little.
Dottie's has been a great grooming experience. They really take their time with him, especially as he's gotten older and started having more issues standing the whole time during his groom due to hip arthritis. They also do a great job with the groom in general - his coat always looks amazing when he comes home. As a German Shepherd and a major shedder, his regular grooms keep his coat healthy.
Dottie's takes pictures of your pets in front of seasonal backdrops after each groom. My dog doesn't always photograph well or cooperate well with the pictures, but they are a nice little treat for us owners. Having an album of dog pictures to look at is a nice memory.
For the December 2024 holiday season, they did paw print gifts for pet parents, which I thought was a really sweet gift.
I would recommend this shop for anyone who needs a big dog groomer and/or someone who needs understanding and compassionate staff for their nervous pup. We will definitely take any future dogs to Dotties as well!
They also have a cat groomer - I've never used this service, but I know it can be hard to find cat groomers at independent pet grooming salons.“

“Very nice place that is a impressive location with alot of space and a view from the lobby. We were happy to see the report from the extra activity for personal time we added. The kennels looked nice and well kept. It costs a bit more than some places but our dog was safe, happy and spoiled“

Lynne has been helping me with my dogs nutritional needs as well because as she says “she wants t see them live longer too”. “I’ve been bringing my bulldog Daisy here for 2 years now. They have made my standards for doggy daycare / boarding so high that I couldn’t leave even if I wanted to, LOL!!

I used to get so much anxiety whenever I had to board Daisy , but now when I leave for a weekend or go on vacation I can actually enjoy myself because I know she is well taken care of.

The staff is also amazing and truly LOVES all of the dogs they care for.

“The groomer, J, did a great job with my mini golden doodle. He was in need of an extreme haircut and bath, J, did not disappoint.“

“This vet has a lot of medical expertise and has solved problems with my cats that another vet was too slow to act on. They helped give one of my cats live an additional six months when he was in kidney failure. I wonder if he would have started here, maybe his issues would have been addressed earlier and perhaps he would have never gotten to the point of kidney failure at all. I trust them with my furry loved ones.“
