There was a mishap with the scheduling of my appointment, however, they made sure to still see my kitten at the time the appointment was supposed to be. They were very gentle, kind, and positive! I had a great first experience and will continue to go to them for my pet care needs.
This place is seriously AMAZING! I would never take my pets anywhere else. From Akira the receptionist, to Corinna & Cynthia who took amazing care of my dog, to Dr.Little who made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. Not only did I leave happy, but my pup did too!
We’ve been to several vets over the past two years since adopting our pittie, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Our dog is reactive to other dogs and barks a lot during appointments, which can make vet visits stressful. The entire staff was incredibly patient, compassionate, and respectful of his boundaries and anxiety.
The vet took so much time with us, thoroughly talking through his health and needs now that he’s 10 years old. We truly felt heard and never rushed. On top of that, their services are affordable and conveniently close to home, which is such a relief.
