Favorite vet in the New Albany area. We have tried two others with no luck, but these guys have been so helpful and attentive as needed. Recently started working with Dr. Little and all has been great.

We take our dog to get washed at the Animal Hospital (along with his Vet needs) and the fact that the Hospital does not upsell us is one aspect that is greatly appreciated. The other is that they will make us aware of things during the bath process (if anything comes up that needs addressed. This service is second to none.Lastly, the overall customer service is always friendly and I will not be taking our dog anywhere else. I am writing this review after taking our dog for two years to Animal Hospital as well so this review was written after many interactions with the Staff.Thank you Animal Hospital of New Albany!

Under awful circumstances, Dr. Roehrenbeck, James, Tristan and the whole team at Animal hospital of New Albany showed such great care and compassion to our family as we said goodbye to our sweet pup. They went above and beyond and we will forever be grateful for their kindness during our time of need.
