I recently sold my house as is through this team, and I have to say, the process was surprisingly smooth! From the start, they were professional and communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their team made sure all my questions were answered, and I never felt left in the dark. One of the highlights was the ease of the online closing—it was convenient and saved so much time!
While I didn’t get as much as I initially hoped, I understand that's the nature of a quick, as-is sale. It’s hard to say if waiting longer would have resulted in a higher offer, but for the speed and ease of the process, I think it was a fair trade-off.... read full review
