Customer service and my service today was BEYOND impressive!Driving home on 10/11 I passed by the shop and decided to stop in to get a quote on a tattoo I have been wanting.My number was taken and I was told someone would follow back up with me. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Lawrence Wigal. He was super professional and ended up getting me scheduled the next day for my service. Mission was accomplished today 10/12. Stepped in today to take advantage of a sale and I'm really glad I did.The piercer (pretty sure her name was Jasmine) was polite, well versed in her craft, and a consummate professional. I got my left nostril in addition to a helix and both were done perfectly!My experience was positive and I do plan on returning in the near future.Services: Ear piercing
