Crystal is absolutely the best aesthetician I’ve ever dealt with in all my years of health and beauty care. She cares greatly about her clients. Her passion is top-notch. It’s second to none. She does all the little things to make you feel pampered loved and cared for every time you’re in her spa you can truly tell that she cares deeply about what she does. She wants her patients to feel loved adored and cared for with the upmost love, vibrant, energy, and deep connections. She is a dream I would recommend her to any guy contemplating face wellness she always makes me feel comfortable as a man walking into a beauty spa. I would strongly recommend her to anyone! I have been going to Crystal for well over 6 years. You know Crystal is the best there is when your Dermatologist compliments your skin every visit and asks you what you do. For reference, I have textured, dry, acne prone skin, but not anymore. Her knowledge and passion for what she does is second to none. I have been to many other medspa’s not just in central Ohio, but in other states. I always get compliments on my skin by fellow estheticians, but no one compares to Crystal. Not only are her services the best, but the products she offers are too. I have tried them all, Obagi, Rodan and Fields, Clinique, Dermalogica, SkinMedica, etc., but the products she offers are the only ones that have worked and made my skin the best it has ever been for the last several years. I recently had a reaction to bleach on my scalp, my scalp was so inflamed, itchy, with severe dandruff. After two weeks of trying to figure it out on my own and my doctor suggesting I do a steroid treatment and use some special shampoos, I called Crystal. She performed the Hydrafacial Keravive Scalp treatment. INSTANT relief and no more itching. She explained the whole process, how the treatment works and after care. The treatment it self felt like a scalp massage, it was very relaxing and soothing. She also suggested other products and a scalp routine to continue to help and prevent any scalp issues. Within 2 weeks of the treatment, following her after care instructions, and new routine, I have no inflammation, no itch and no dandruff, and I never had to use the steroids or special shampoos. Her knowledge on all things skin and scalp and has literally kept my skin flawless and now my scalp. I strongly suggest everyone to go to her, your skin (and scalp) will thank you and you will not regret it.

I have seen Crystal for years and obsessed! She and her team have a wide variety of services meant to pamper and make you look better. I have never had more compliments on my skin - even 30 years ago. They are are so caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
