Exceptional! My facial with Crystal far exceeded any facial I’ve had before. She is meticulous and thorough in her work. Beyond that, she was so sweet. The space itself is beautiful, warm and luxurious. The front desk coordinator was pleasant and helpful. I left feeling well taken care of and look forward to returning!
100% recommend!!! This is the first time I’ve had a facial since moving from Puerto Rico 5 years ago. I was always afraid of going to the wrong place and making my acne worse, but wow, wow, wow! Crystal did an excellent job with my skin.
She asked me all the necessary questions before starting the facial, and at the end, she gave me the appropriate recommendations for my skin.
I was very nervous because English is not my first language, but Crystal was so patient with me and had no problem repeating things more than once so I could understand all the procedures.
