As a Realtor, I cannot recommend Patrick enough! Everything from his response time to his easy to read and extensively thorough reports, everything is top-notch and he always goes above and beyond. Always my first recommendation to my clients when it is time for a home inspection.

Fully agree with everything everyone said in the other 5 star reviews. Patrick was awesome and generated an extensive and highly detailed report. Pictures of every component he inspected and very helpful recommendations. My report was 46 pages long. His inspection was half the price of the other company I was looking at and I feel confident the inspection was as good as it could get. He was very friendly and personable and happy to answer any and all questions we had. Went above and beyond in every way possible... Definitely wouldn't go with anyone else in the future.

Pat Hume is by far and away the most professional and most experienced inspector in the Miami Valley. I have only used his services since the day I was licensed back in August 2018. His reports are thorough and he always gives the client an opportunity to meet him at the property so that he can break down his findings to them in layman's terms. I cannot recommend this company and this man enough!! Five star ALL DAY LONG!
