I had to wait a long time to check out. They left me in a room with an anxious puppy while they got the technician to come back in i waited 15 minutes finally I just got up and went to the cashier to wait again for the technician to bring me the bill. By the way it was also expensive to just be told they had to send the stool sample out to get tested and express the puppy's analysis glands which were clear. The cost was quite expensive for the treatment. Not sure if I will return or go somewhere else. Thank you Elizabeth Miller
This vetco was very professional and caring for my dog. Visit was unexpected and I wasn't financially ready for it. I made them aware and they were very understanding and did what they could. Sadly the remedy didn't last long but not blaming them, my dog is a 14 week old puppy that is hard to keep from playing. Being that I had an appointment at a different vetco for round 2 of her vaccinations the next day and Fairview location was closed already I waited. My appointment was at 4pm upon entering the Elyria branch I tried explaining my issue but didn't get much of a response. Was our first time here. We took our pup in for his first exam and shots. From the receptionist too the nurse and vet , they were all kind very friendly. Our appointment went very quickly
